CNC machining centers and EDM technology are used to perform micron-level sculpting on key molding areas, ensuring precise dimensions, smooth edges, and a tight fit, eliminating leaks caused by a mismatched lid body.
Steel Material and Treatment: The mold body is constructed from imported, pre-hardened, high-quality mold steel, offering exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the high temperatures and pressures of the blister molding process. High-wear areas undergo a surface nitriding treatment, extending the mold's lifespan and reducing wear-related precision degradation and frequent maintenance.
Heat Exchange System: The mold integrates a cooling water channel network optimized through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) design, ensuring rapid and uniform cooling, significantly shortening the blister molding cycle and increasing single-machine output.
High-Speed Automated Production: The mold's robust structure and precise positioning enable seamless integration with leading domestic and international high-speed blister molding machines, enabling rapid mold changes. The mold's smooth and stable ejection system ensures that the formed paper bowl lids are efficiently and securely ejected from the mold for smooth processing.
